The health and safety of the horses competing at Texas Rose Horse Park are of the utmost importance to the horse show staff. With that in mind, and after consultation with US Equestrian and the federation’s veterinary advisors, the Texas Rose Horse Park will be implementing the equine biosecurity protocols outlined below.
